Banner Maintenance for September

Several upgrades will require scheduled downtime this month.

Overhead image of man typing on laptop, words technically speakingMultiple maintenance events are scheduled this month to perform various upgrades on Banner and its sub- and partner systems. During these events, certain systems will be unavailable. The exact schedule is as follows:

  • Friday at 6 p.m. through Sunday at 10 p.m.: Several systems and subsystems will be unavailable, including Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self Service, Banner Document Manager (BDM) and Workflow. Work may be completed as early as Saturday evening.
  • Sept. 18, 5-10 p.m.: Workflow will be unavailable.
  • Sept. 27, 5-11 a.m.: Degree Works will be unavailable.
