Coaching sessions now available

The Learning and Development team is offering services to individuals and teams.

Close up of woman sitting on park bench.Metropolitan State University of Denver, our state and our nation are experiencing extraordinary times. Economic uncertainty, social unrest and the COVID-19 pandemic have inspired a wide variety of emotions across our Roadrunner community.

To help MSU Denver employees navigate this uncertainty, Danielle Farrell, assistant director, Learning and Development, and Rob Ingle, specialist, Learning and Development, are offering coaching and grounding skills to individuals and teams who may be struggling with feelings of confusion, sadness and lack of focus.

Coaching will include individualized sessions tailored to employee needs, including stress management, mindfulness, grounding and how to navigate uncertainty.
