Onboarding begins July 15.

Following the successful onboarding of all faculty and staff accounts to Multi-Factor Authentication this year, all students will have MFA enabled on their accounts this summer. Students not enrolled in summer-semester classes will be onboarded in waves beginning July 15, while summer students will be onboarded the week of Aug. 10, after summer grades are posted but before the fall semester begins. The full onboarding schedule can be viewed on the Multi-Factor Authentication Initiative page. Students have already received direct communications with their individual onboarding dates.
If any students need assistance using this new feature, Information Technology Services has put together several resources on the MFA Knowledgebase page, including first-time setup steps, instructions for updating MFA settings and a video tutorial on setting up the recommended Microsoft Authenticator app.
