President Janine Davidson, Ph.D., joined fellow experts Monday for the Human Capital and the Cyber Workforce panel discussion. The event focused on trends within the civilian cyber-recruitment fields as well as initiatives to modernize cyber hiring proposed by the Cyberspace Solarium Commission and the National Commission on Military, National and Public Service.
The event also featured Shannon Jackson, director, Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs; David P. Luber, executive director, U.S. Cyber Command; Rob Mishev, partner, Cole Group; Mark Montgomery, executive director, Cyberspace Solarium Commission; Jacquelyn Schneider, fellow, Hoover Institution at Stanford University; and Kimberly Wright, senior cyber human-resources strategist, Cyber Workforce Division, Department of Defense.
