The Enrollment Management, Student Engagement and Wellness, and Advising Systems teams are looking to enlist 200 employees to call, text or email all spring 2020 students as part of a coordinated summer and fall enrollment campaign.

MSU Denver faculty, staff and student employees are invited to join the effort, which is expected to extend through June. Participating employees will be asked to connect with roughly 90 students each; however, employees who cannot commit that level of involvement are still encouraged to join in the effort.

If you or members of your team are interested in volunteering, please fill out this form with all info requested.

Microsoft Teams will be used to conduct campaign meetings and trainings and to maintain resources. The project will also utilize Navigate to track outreach data and information such as how many students have been contacted and what barriers they are experiencing. Outreach by phone will be conducted using Skype for Business, and full-time employees can use their existing Skype accounts to complete calls. Information Technology Services is also creating phone numbers for student employees to assist with Skype for Business calls.

If your department is already undertaking calling campaigns or other efforts to reach Roadrunners, Student Affairs invites you to reach out to discuss opportunities for collaboration.

If you have questions, please contact Thomas Ragland, interim director of Student Accountability and Behavioral Intervention, Dean of Students Office.
