An update on mail services

New guidance for managing campus mail while working remotely.

Overhead view of campus from AES Building rooftop.As the Auraria Campus works to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Auraria Higher Education Center will continue to receive and hold mail and packages.

As a reminder, only mission-critical and essential personnel may pick up critical or essential mail and packages. Please consult your supervisor for additional guidance.

How to pick up your mail and packages:

Arrange a pickup time:
Please contact Joe Duran in Mail Services at 303-556-3265. Duran can be reached Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Stop-by pickup at Distribution Services:
Pickup hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. (to allow time for morning sorting)
Distribution Services is in the rear of the Administration Building at 1201 5th Street. Ring the doorbell next to the large black door for service. You must present your Auraria Campus ID to retrieve mail and packages.

Any employee who has mail delivered to the campus is strongly encouraged to switch deliveries to their home address if possible.

Mail and packages will continue to be delivered to the Health Center at Auraria.
