You’re invited to the Chef David Beckwith Fundraiser
The April 9 event will include dishes from celebrity and student chefs to support the development of a memorial scholarship.

David Beckwith, chef and former lecturer in the School of Hospitality, died in September after teaching at Metropolitan State University of Denver for six years. The dedicated and energetic educator is remembered for his passion for food and commitment to mentoring and supporting students.
The campus community is invited to celebrate Beckwith’s life and dedication to Roadrunner success at the Chef David Beckwith Fundraiser and tasting event. The event will raise funds for a scholarship to benefit MSU Denver Hospitality students in Beckwith’s memory. Guests can enjoy dishes by Colorado FIVE celebrity guest chefs assisted by MSU Denver School of Hospitality students.
