The Center for Teaching, Learning and Design remains available to assist faculty members in developing and delivering courses and to answer technology-related questions.

Metropolitan State University of Denver instructors can get help with all course types (and all questions) during virtual drop-in support hours, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Questions about access (or logins) can go directly to the Information Technology Services Helpdesk, but even if you bring those to the CTLD you will be connected to the right support resources.

Additionally, the CTLD website offers many brief (but detailed) self-help tutorials. Instructors are encouraged to explore these great resources, especially as they are developing spring courses. The CTLD team regularly updates existing content and develops new tutorials often.

Learn more about these resources and how instructor support has changed in 2020 in this quick video:

Instructors are also reminded to check out the Canvas Spotlight series, a web-based mini-training series designed to help increase platform proficiency, and the CTLD calendar for other support and development events.
