The month of Socktober is winding down, but there is still time to show your Roadrunner pride with a pair of exclusive, Metropolitan State University of Denver-branded socks and provide students facing financial challenges and food insecurity with the critical support they need to continue pursuing their educational dreams. To date, more than 230 generous donors have raised over $11,000 for our student-support funds, and a minimum of 470 pairs of socks will be distributed to students in need.
For every gift of $25 ($15 is tax-deductible) you make to the Student Emergency Fund, Roadrunner Food Pantry or Dreamer Emergency Fund through Saturday, you and a student in need will receive a pair of cozy, limited-edition MSU Denver socks. This year, there are two new designs to choose from.
Despite the additional burdens brought on by COVID-19, our students continue to persist because of the support they receive from their Roadrunner family. Before time runs out, make a gift that will keep toes and hearts warm all winter long!
