For 55 years, faculty and staff’s commitment to students has distinguished Metropolitan State University of Denver as an exceptional place to learn. Please join in the 2020 Years of Service celebration to honor colleagues whose contributions have shaped MSU Denver’s history and continue to be an imperative part of accomplishing our mission.

The 2020 Years of Service celebration is an opportunity to reflect on MSU Denver’s past and set intentions for our future. This past year presented unforeseen challenges that demanded we practice agility and be grounded in our mission. Together, we have shifted our efforts and focused on our traditions of excellence, camaraderie and dedication to our students.
Fun facts for this year:
- The event is being co-hosted by Faculty Senate President Katia Campbell, Ph.D., and Staff Senate President Rebecca Reid.
- Surprise guests from across campus will reflect on their time at MSU Denver.
- More than 400 employees are being honored.
- 2,438 cumulative years of service to the University will be recognized.
- For the first time, we are celebrating one-year and three-year milestones.
