Steam to Natural Gas Project update

Construction activities will affect four campus buildings this week.

January 13, 2020

Today through Saturday, Xcel Energy will install gas-service lines to the following buildings:

• Boulder Creek
• Science
• PE/Event Center
• Cherry Creek

Work will include open cutting for gas-line installation. While there are no planned service interruptions, the parking lot on the north side of Boulder Creek will be inaccessible as crews install new lines down Champa Street.
