Auraria parking glitch solution

Important update on after-hours rate increase and refunds for last week.

Parking refunds are available to those who were impacted by the technical glitch that occurred during last week’s parking-rate increase. The scheduled increase was intended to impact only unregistered vehicles parked on the Auraria Campus from Friday  through Sunday or after 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Instead, all vehicles were charged the new after-hours parking rate. The technical glitch has been corrected, and the Auraria Higher Education Center is actively working to rectify the situation for those affected last week by refunding the difference between the campus daily rate and the after-hours rate.

To receive your refund, please visit the parking office to have the difference returned to the original form of payment. Please direct any questions to:
