Covid-19 vaccine-verification info

MSU Denver is collecting immunization information to ensure compliance with the University's Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement.

As Metropolitan State University of Denver transitions into summer and continues preparing for a full return to campus for the fall semester, we are asking all employees to complete a vaccine-verification and -exemption form by June 25. MSU Denver is collecting Covid-19 immunization information to ensure compliance with the University’s Covid-19 Vaccine Requirement and to inform planning and decision-making in the coming months.

On Monday, all MSU Denver faculty and staff members should have received an email from me with the subject line “Covid-19 vaccine verification and exemptions.” Please use the link in the email to submit your immunization information, including the date of your first vaccination, for verification purposes, or request an exemption.

The verification process is simple and will take only two or three minutes to complete. Keep in mind that the link you received is unique to you, so please do not forward it to others.
