Updates on the 2020-21 Administrative Employee Evaluations
Due to high demand, the registration requirement for training sessions has been eliminated.

Performance-evaluation season is underway for administrative staff. Learning and Development, within Human Resources, is facilitating the 2020-21 Year-End Performance Management process.
Administrative Evaluation process details
Administrative Employee Evaluation Forms will be due by June 30. Supervisors should plan to discuss the evaluation with their employee prior to June 30.
We are excited to announce an automated submission process for evaluation forms this year! Evaluations will be submitted through a Qualtrics survey workflow. Instructions and additional tools and resources can be found on the Leadership Development communication site.
Building upon an inclusive and heart-centered leadership paradigm, Learning and Development will facilitate sessions to help prepare for the end-of-year performance-evaluation process, including details on the new automated submission workflow.
Come join us for engaging conversations that focus on performance management and development, including topics such as setting a foundation of care, establishing psychological safety, building relationships, active-listening skills, coaching your direct reports and setting goals.
We encourage all staff and supervisors, including Classified staff, to attend since much of the content is relevant to all employees. Please note that due to high demand, we have eliminated the need to register. Please click JOIN to attend the session that works with your schedule. If you already registered and/or are on a waitlist, you can still attend the session of your choice. Sessions will occur via Teams and will be recorded for those who are not able to attend a live session. Session recordings will be added to the Leadership Development site once they are ready to post.
