Upcoming payroll-deduction rate increase

Learn more about the new parking-rate adjustment, which takes effect July 1.

Cars parked in a lot outside of the MSU Denver Administration Building.Effective July 1, the Auraria Campus’ daily fee parking rates will increase by 25 cents. The Auraria Board of Directors approved a three-year rate structure at the March 27, 2019, board meeting to ensure a stable revenue stream for the campus programs and operations supported by the parking auxiliary enterprise. The three-year rate structure included a rate adjustment to the daily parking fee of 25 cents for July 1, 2019; July 1, 2020; and July 1, 2021.

New monthly rates for payroll deduction

  • 7th Street Garage: $148 per month
  • Juniper Lot: $115 per month
  • Maple Lot: $148 per month
  • Bronze Passport: $74 per month
  • Silver Passport: $105 per month
  • Gold Passport: $136 per month
  • Accessible Permit: $105 per month

Submit a new Payroll Deduction Parking Application

All payroll-deduction permit holders must submit a new Payroll Deduction Parking Application by Friday. All applications will be sent to payroll departments starting Monday.

Please download a new Payroll Deduction Parking Application. Email your completed application to ahec_parking@ahec.edu or drop it off at the Parking and Transportation Services Office in the 7th Street Garage (777 Lawrence Way).
