Updates on the 2020-21 Administrative Employee Evaluations
Learning and Development announces an automated submission workflow and will facilitate sessions to help prepare for the Year-End Performance Management process.

Performance-evaluation season is kicking off for administrative staff. Learning and Development, within Human Resources, is facilitating the 2020-21 Year-End Performance Management process.
Administrative Evaluation process details
Administrative Employee Evaluation Forms will be due by June 30. Supervisors should plan to discuss the employee’s self-evaluation and the supervisor’s evaluation with the employee prior to submitting the forms.
We are excited to announce an automated submission process for evaluation forms this year. Evaluations will be submitted through a Qualtrics survey workflow. The submission link, instructions, tools and resources can be found on the Leadership Development communication site. Supervisors can direct employees to the communication site to initiate performance evaluations.

Building upon an inclusive and heart-centered leadership paradigm, Learning and Development will facilitate sessions to help prepare for the end-of-year performance-evaluation process, including details on the new automated submission workflow.
Come join us for engaging conversations that focus on performance management and development, setting a foundation of care, establishing psychological safety, building relationships, active-listening skills, coaching your direct reports and setting goals.
We encourage all staff and supervisors, including Classified staff, to attend, as much of the content is relevant to all employees. Sessions will occur via Teams. Please register for one session:
- Register Friday, 12:30-2:30 p.m.
- Register Monday, 1:30-3:30 p.m.
- Register June 10, 10 a.m.-noon
- Register June 17, 2-4 p.m.
- Register June 24, 10 a.m.-noon
