As Metropolitan State University of Denver continues to serve students in a virtual environment, the University would like to hear from staff and faculty members regarding the decision to purchase an enterprise license for Zoom.

While Teams provides similar functionality to Zoom, some faculty, departments and offices still prefer Zoom. There are many factors to take into consideration when thinking about switching platforms, such as cost, the benefits and challenges of switching between tools, support, updated awareness of functionality and unique functionality versus personal preference.
