Health Center at Auraria door sign. The Health Center at Auraria and COVIDCheck Colorado will host a Covid-19 vaccination event on Friday, March 12, from 8-11 a.m. for qualifying Auraria campus constituents.

Those who qualify for Phase 1B.2 and Phase 1B.3 (primarily those aged 60 and older) and who did not participate in Sunday’s vaccination event held in conjunction with Denver Health will receive an email early this week directly from Primary Bio. The email will include instructions on how to register and select an appointment slot. Please check your spam folder to ensure an invitation isn’t overlooked or misplaced.

Qualifying community members must complete the registration process and have a confirmed appointment slot to receive a vaccination. Those who have not registered or who have not received an appointment confirmation will not be accommodated at this time.

Important info:

  • As this event will administer the two-shot Moderna vaccine, qualifying Auraria campus constituents will be required to schedule both their first and second shots.
  • Five hundred doses will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Those who qualify and receive an email invitation are encouraged to schedule their appointment by Wednesday at noon.
  • Vaccinations will occur at the drive-thru location established in the 5thStreet Garage (650 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80204).

If you receive an invitation and cannot schedule an appointment for Friday, there will be additional vaccination opportunities in the future. We will promptly share more details with the campus community as they become available.
