Metropolitan State University of Denver will celebrate spring 2021 Commencement in a way that has never been done before. To celebrate and spotlight hardworking graduates who have completed their degrees during this challenging year, the University is hosting “Paint the Town Red,” a special experience where graduates will have a chance to walk across the stage and have their name announced, with professional photographers there to capture the special moment.
To comply with state and city health and safety mandates imposed on large gatherings and venue restrictions, MSU Denver will host the Paint the Town Red event outdoors at the Regency Athletic Complex during the week of May 3. The University will then host a virtual Commencement ceremony May 14. Both events will be livestreamed to allow friends and family to share in our graduates’ big moments.
