MSU Denver signFour Metropolitan State University of Denver degree programs made appearances on the recently released 2021 Higher Education Resource Guide published by Intelligent.com. Most notably, MSU Denver ranked 11th among the “Top 45 Colleges in Colorado” and was named the best Colorado university for working students.

MSU Denver earned its top rating among over 2,000 colleges and universities included in the nation-wide report. The Intelligent degree-program rankings are based on curriculum quality, graduation rate, reputation and postgraduate employment. Nationally, MSU Denver ranked 10th for best Sports Management Degree program, 38th for most military-friendly degree program and 44th for most affordable master’s degree program.

MSU Denver also was ranked third by GradReports on the organization’s list of the 2021 Best Colleges in Colorado by Salary Score. The list recognizes institutions whose undergraduate alumni tend to have higher salaries when compared to alumni with the same major at other schools. To determine this score, GradReports compared alumni earnings in the first year after graduation for each major at a college to alumni earnings for the same major across all schools. Rankings are based on the median early-career salary data of more than 4.6 million graduates across more than 2,200 colleges and 334 majors from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard. MSU Denver has an overall Salary Score above the national average and places among the top schools in Colorado.
