Attend a performance-management open forum for administrative employees

Learning and Development is proposing a redesign of the performance-management process for the 2021-22 review year.

The office of Learning and Development is proposing a redesign of the administrative performance-management process to be grounded in the Metropolitan State University of Denver vision and in alignment with the Strategic Plan 2030.

We are a nationally recognized leader for social mobility – where students of all ages and backgrounds build a better, more equitable Colorado through innovative and transformative education.

The proposed redesign would embed the characteristics for being a transformative institution in weekly conversations and establish the foundational elements needed for innovation to flow freely from our people. Employee insights and feedback are important during this early stage to help Learning and Development understand the challenges and supports that employees anticipate as the new process is rolled out.

All administrative employees are invited to attend one of two virtual open forums for a presentation on the proposal. All participants will receive a feedback survey to submit thoughts on the proposal.
