MSU Denver candidate interviews for the dean of CLAS begin today through Monday

Finalists will participate in open forums with faculty, staff and students. Additional candidates will participate in virtual interviews Thursday, Friday and Monday.

Aerial image of campus and downtown Denver.The first candidate to become dean of the College of Letters, Arts and Sciences will virtually visit Metropolitan State University of Denver today at 11 a.m. Additional virtual candidate interviews for the dean of CLAS will take place the rest of the week and Monday. Faculty, staff and students are welcome and encouraged to attend the following sessions to hear each candidate’s vision for the role and to ask questions.

How to ask questions

Participants can ask candidates questions during each forum by using the “Raise Hand” feature on Zoom. The meeting administrator will individually admit those who have questions into the panel. When asking a question, please make sure to enable your camera and microphone.

Each candidate will also participate in an individual interview session to allow the faculty and staff members of their prospective school or college to learn more. Those invitations will be sent directly from the colleges to their constituents.
