Sauntice Washington working on a laptop computer. The Division of Enrollment Management, in collaboration with Online Learning, has contracted with FormSite to support digital forms in the Office of the Registrar, Office of Admissions and Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. FormSite is a robust solution for many workflow and operational issues that have arisen during the pandemic as the offices adjusted to 100% virtual services.

FormSite is a highly accessible platform that allows for digital signatures, secure document upload and automatic workflows. If you see an email from FormSite, please note that you are being requested to sign a form for a student and that you were identified as a necessary signer – the form will not be submitted until you sign it. This process can be adjusted if there are staff changes, but you cannot forward the email.

As Enrollment Management migrates to this new solution, a process that will hopefully finish by the end of the spring term, we hope to bring more offices onto the platform. If you have forms you need digitized, please reach out to Allie Dirks, manager of online-enrollment initiatives, to begin discussions about your needs and to learn whether FormSite is the right fit.
