The new Universitywide Engagement, Leader and Self-Identification Survey is now open, and employees are encouraged to participate. The survey is a platform for employees to share their experiences and to highlight areas of opportunity, success and improvement for the University. Additionally, it is designed to help MSU Denver supervisors at all levels to better understand the needs of their team members and hone their leadership skills.
Employees are invited to complete the survey by Jan. 29.
Important info about the Universitywide Engagement, Leader and Self-Identification Survey:
- Employees should have received an email with a link to the survey on Jan. 18.
- The survey is secure and confidential.
- Survey results will be available in mid-March.
- The University is aiming for 100% participation, and your feedback is vital.
- The survey is brief and should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
- The survey includes culture and engagement questions as well as questions specific to your supervisor, department and team.
- Employees can provide demographic information to better help the University meet the needs of all campus-community members.
