Virtual Voices: How Did We Get Here?

I Won’t Be Silent: Tools to become anti-racist

This workshop, hosted by the Center for Multicultural Engagement and Inclusion, invites the Auraria Campus community to explore the genetic makeup of systemic racism and identify strategies for becoming anti-racist. The event is part of the Equity Training Series designed to promote conversation among students at Metropolitan State University of Denver surrounding social justice and racial equity. MLK Week of Reflection: What does the civil-rights movement look like in 2021?

Please join Michael Eric Dyson as he addresses the correlation between America’s current state of social justice and the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.’s activism during the civil-rights movement. All members of the Auraria Campus are encouraged to register for the webinar today.
