As of Dec. 10, Digital Measures will incorporate a number of new features to improve the user experience.

Responsive design for mobile

With a modernized layout designed to respond to your screen size, it will be easier to add and update your activities from campus or any mobile device.

Formatting for text areas

The improvements also include expanded rich-text-formatting options such as bold or italics for use in annotations, abstracts, descriptions and other text areas.

Adding contributors and other subrecords

Capturing the names of contributors to collaborative activities such as publications and research is more straightforward in the new Digital Measures iteration, which includes drag-and-drop reordering and more intuitive deletion capability. Additionally, the expand/collapse option for sections such as “Authors and Investigators” and “Additional Materials” frees up space and streamlines entries.

Faster validation

With inline validation and error messages, the system lets users know right away if entries don’t match the field parameters.

These are just a few of the improvements that will be at your fingertips as of Dec. 10. If you have any questions, please email Meredith Flynn, Ph.D., associate director of teaching and learning, at mflynn14@msudenver.edu.
