Important payroll information for student and temporary hourly employees

Learn about changes to December timesheet deadlines and manual submissions.

To accommodate Commencement activities and the upcoming holiday break, the timesheet-submission deadline for Semi-monthly 24 pay period is now Sunday at 11:59 p.m. However, completed timesheets can be submitted anytime before this date. In addition, supervisors must approve timesheets for this period by Dec. 16 at 11:59 p.m.

Manual Payment Requests for missed approvals will be processed in January.

Important information for all TimeClock Plus users

For student employees in departments using the TimeClock Plus system, your hours will be automatically exported Thursday before 7 a.m. All employees who work Friday or Saturday will need to upload those hours manually by Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

Student employees and hourly employees (both administrative and classified) who have not set up direct deposit, please note that due to the extended holiday break, paychecks for the period of Dec. 1-14 will be available Jan. 2. Employees who have set up direct deposit will receive their paychecks Dec. 31.

The deadline to set up direct deposit for this pay period is Dec. 11. Those who complete the direct-deposit setup by this date will still receive their Dec. 1-14 paycheck Dec. 31.
