The Metropolitan State University of Denver Human Resources team has worked with compensation firm Innovative TR Solutions over the past year to restructure the University’s compensation system for professional staff.
As mentioned in an Oct. 3 Early Bird article, the new compensation structure will address concerns with regard to competitive salaries, career paths, internal professional growth, pay equity, talent retention and more flexible and transparent compensation processes to meet changing talent needs.
Last month, the HR team met with leaders across the University to discuss the compensation structure. These invaluable meetings allowed the team to collect and incorporate feedback that will ensure that our organizational structure is sustainable and meets the needs of every area. We are excited to share the changes and offer trainings as we finalize the new compensation.
Trainings will include a presentation and Q&A sessions. Sessions will be conducted in person and via Zoom, and no RSVP or sign-up is necessary. Professional staff are welcome to pick the time that works best with their schedules.
