Starting Oct. 1, when you make a gift of $25 to the Student Emergency Fund, not only will you receive a pair of limited-edition MSU Denver socks, but one pair of socks will also be donated to a student in need.
Socktober is a monthlong giving effort to raise money for the Student Emergency Fund, a resource created to provide one-time support to current Metropolitan State University of Denver students who are dealing with a financial emergency such as homelessness, housing insecurity, unemployment, unexpected medical bills or other crises.
The Socktober goal is to provide 150 pairs of socks to students and raise over $3,500 for the Student Emergency Fund.
Be on the lookout for the start of Socktober and get ready to show your Roadrunner pride from head to toe!
