More fun clues about this week’s star, and a heads-up on a new Rewind format debuting next month.

With a workforce of roughly 2,900 faculty and staff, it’s nearly impossible to recognize every face on the Metropolitan State University of Denver campus. The Early Bird’s weekly Rewind helps, but this semester we’ve taken it one step further, offering hints and clues about our weekly hosts.

Starting in June, however, we’ll change the weekly Friday format, so stay tuned for more information. Until then, enjoy our last few weeks of the Friday Rewind and learn more about this week’s host below.

Our host for the week is a committed Roadrunner who just took on an important leadership role. See if you can guess correctly.

• I enjoy analyzing rhetoric and popular culture.

• On the weekends, you can find me swing dancing to local blues bands with my husband or performing at special events.

• I am heavily involved in equity and diversity work on campus and in the community.

• I have a deep and lasting love for all things “Star Wars” and Marvel.

• My biggest professional joy is getting to teach and learn from our awesome MSU Denver students.

• I like to paint and create art to relax.

• I have two teenagers who are excited to be attending MSU Denver within the next two years.
