Overhead image of man using a laptop computer, words Technically SpeakingSetting up conference calls in Outlook is just like setting up an appointment on your calendar. Attendees will receive an invitation email once you’ve set up the event, and they can choose to join the meeting with audio only using any phone or with full video conferencing using Skype for Business. For step-by-step instructions on setting up a conference call in Outlook, please visit the ITS Office 365 webpage and check the section for Skype for Business.

Outlook and Skype for Business are included in Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Office 365 license and are standard on all MSU Denver computers. If you or your department is paying for a third-party conferencing solution, we highly encourage you to give this a try instead.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 303-352-7548 or support.msudenver.edu
