With a workforce of roughly 2,900 faculty and staff, it’s nearly impossible to recognize every face on the Metropolitan State University of Denver campus. The Early Bird’s weekly Rewind helps, but starting this semester, we’re taking it one step further. If you’re a lover of puzzles, mysteries and trivia, this new weekly series is for you!

This week’s host has had plenty of experience in front of an audience, as you’ll see in the hints below. Analyze the clues and share your guesses in the comment section below!

• I attended the National Theatre Conservatory at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
• The Rocky Mountain News once described me as “inexplicably cheery” when playing the song “Consider Yourself” 1,800 times at national auditions for the musical “Oliver!”
• I received my first critical review in fourth grade by playing Linus in “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” Critics reported that I “didn’t suck (my) thumb enough.”
• I have been within striking distance of actor Mel Gibson — when he was a nice guy!
• I’ve been involved in more than 200 theatrical productions.
• I’ve been at MSU Denver for almost 20 years.
• My favorite quote is by Alan Turing: “Sometimes it is the people no one imagines anything of who do the things that no one can imagine.”
