The Employee Wellness Committee regularly offers on-campus events, activities and programs focused on helping you have happier, healthier work experiences.

Office Stretching Workshop
Wednesday, 12:30-1 p.m., Plaza 211
Join Beth Sandlin, assistant director of Educational Services for the Health Center at Auraria, in this 30-minute workshop to learn practical stretches you can incorporate into your workday.
Walking Group
Join colleagues for 20-minute walks around campus. All walking levels are welcome. Meet by the post-office box in the front (west side) of the Tivoli on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. or Fridays at 2 p.m. Contact Lisken Hays.
Friday Fundays
Escape the office with Friday Funday events at noon on the West Court in the PE Building. No experience/skill necessary.

Mind Body Fitness
Pilates, yoga and Zumba classes improve health and fitness from the inside out and are offered at no charge to the Auraria Campus community.

Campus Recreation
Faculty and staff can join Campus Recreation for just $50 per semester, and partners can join for just $60 per semester. Membership includes access to the fitness center and loft, group fitness, open recreation, intramural sports, outdoor pursuits, gear rentals and more. Personal Training
Campus Recreation offers personal training with certified trainers for just $13-24 per one-hour session, and Exercise Science students offer seven training sessions for just $75. For more information, contact Louie Morphew.
Nutrition Counseling
The Health Center at Auraria offers free nutrition consultations with registered dietitian nutritionists who can provide recommendations and answer questions whether you are trying to manage a chronic condition, find a healthy weight or optimize athletic performance.
Healthy Cookbook
We are gathering favorite healthy recipes from MSU Denver Faculty and Staff. To participate or for questions/comments, contact Kyle Garrity.
Lunch Buddies
