Soaring housing prices can be an obstacle to recruiting and retaining students, faculty and staff, which prompted the formation of Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Affordable Housing Task Force.
The Task Force has partnered with the Scion Group, a firm specializing in college and university housing, to understand interest in and preferences for potential University housing. To better understand the housing needs of faculty and staff, the Scion Group is conducting a short and confidential online survey through Feb. 5.
