Our weekly highlight of the letters in CADRE: Diverse voices leading to a transformative educational community.

MSU Denver has been committed to diversity and inclusive excellence since its inception, and this commitment has grown stronger during the last decade. The commitment is evident in our systemic practices to achieve a high quality, culturally sensitive education. It’s reflected by our leadership, faculty, staff and students, and is woven into the fabric of our University.
As we’ve previously noted, each letter of the CADRE acronym reminds us of a shared, core value. Together, they represent the fundamental tenets of the University’s mission – and what it means to be part of the Roadrunner community.
Inclusive excellence involves embedding the practices and philosophies that encourage diversity in every aspect of our organization. That means more than numbers – and we are proud to say that Roadrunners incorporate our core elements to create a diverse community marked by mutual respect, inclusion and cooperation.
Here you’ll meet and collaborate with people of all ages, ethnicities, cultures and backgrounds. The result is a vibrant intersection of voices and stories, all part of the MSU Denver story.
