Before you order 2019 swag, read this
MSU Denver adds new promotional vendors and info to Brand Central website.

The Metropolitan State University of Denver Purchasing Office recently signed an agreement with five vendors (four of them new) representing a mix of traditional sales representatives and online businesses. MSU Denver departments and organizations are required to use these contracted vendors when ordering imprinted promotional items.
REMINDER: All uses of the MSU Denver logo on imprinted promotional items, regardless of the vendor, require prior approval from Marketing and Communications.
The following vendors may be contacted immediately for the purchase of promotional items and apparel:
- Current vendor: HALO Branded Solutions (Jack Wilson/ Kristi Williams separate vendors)
- New vendors:
- 4 Imprint
- Logostuff
- Victory Sales (apparel only)
- The fifth vendor, Follett Higher Education Group Inc., will be available upon completion of its online vendor site.
Promotional items — including pens, water bottles and other imprinted merchandise — must be ordered exclusively from Tivoli Station or from the five vendors with University purchasing agreements. While this vendor agreement includes promotional items and apparel, MSU Denver does not limit the campus to these vendors for apparel. Purchases of branded MSU Denver items also may be made through Tivoli Station or shopmsudenver.edu. Trophies, awards and signage are NOT considered promotional items, so use of these vendors does not apply and is not required.
Departments must either use a procurement card or set up a purchase order before finalizing any orders.
