The Tivoli Student Union location of Ricoh Copy Center will close permanently Dec. 15. Metropolitan State University of Denver will continue to use Ricoh copying and printing services during the transition and will continue to work with Ricoh’s offsite locations to fulfill large and specialty orders. This closure does not affect the Ricoh copier and leasing agreement for MSU Denver departments and labs.
To continue meeting campus printing needs after the closure, Ricoh will provide once-daily courier services to a central campus location (to be determined) at no extra charge for all printing and copying requests submitted strictly online at rockymountain@ricoh-usa.com. Customers are encouraged to plan their projects to build in delivery time. MSU Denver is working with other Auraria Campus partners to determine the most central and convenient delivery site, and more information will be available soon.
In advance of the closure, MSU Denver Ricoh customers anticipating large or time-sensitive jobs (or those with regular standing orders) are advised to contact Ricoh’s local customer-service center at 720-663-3408 to discuss procedures for transferring billing information and instructions related to standing orders. Customers can also visit the on-campus location during business hours through Dec. 15 for more information. All standard walk-up services will be available through Dec. 15 as well.
MSU Denver customers can continue to submit business-card and stationery requests by visiting the Stationery webpage and clicking the “Order Stationery” button. New print jobs and all general questions can be submitted to rockymountain@ricoh-usa.com.
For on-demand and walk-up service, MSU Denver customers have an option to contact the FedEx offices at 555 17th St. (at Welton) and at 1509 Blake. Payment would be with a procurement card. Standard procurement processes would apply to normal purchases. Services include black-and-white and color copies, coil binding and saddle stitching, faxing and oversize printing, etc.; however, MSU Denver cannot endorse or guarantee the quality of these services.

For questions on the Ricoh closure: Brian Sugalski.
Please stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
