Important registration info for graduate students

Spring schedules will be available to all students Oct. 15; priority registration for graduates begins Oct. 30.

Priority registration is designed to enhance Metropolitan State University of Denver’s ability to help students achieve graduation status. The priority registration system allows students who have earned a certain amount of credits to register prior to other students who are further from graduation.

The Office of Graduate Studies proposed that graduate students have a separate priority registration from undergraduate students. This policy was approved in May and updated in the Catalog on July 5.

So what do faculty and staff who work with graduate students need to know?

Spring schedules will be available to all students Oct. 15; priority registration for graduates begins Oct. 30. Encourage students to check the Student Hub for their assigned registration date and time Oct. 15.
