Share your feedback with the University policy council

Technical and legal changes will be available for community review until Nov. 14.

The President’s Advisory Council on University Policy reviewed and provided recommendations on the remaining Board-level policies included in the Board of Trustees manual. The Council identified which changes are technical or legal in nature and which changes are more substantive.

Approximately 25 policies with technical or legal changes will be available on the Council’s SharePoint site through Nov. 14 for University community review. This feedback will be shared with the Council, policy originators and responsible administrators to incorporate, as appropriate. Afterward, the recommended revisions will be presented to President’s Cabinet for discussion and to the Board of Trustees for final approval.

Students, employees, and University community members are invited to share constructive feedback on the proposed revisions by visiting Metropolitan State University of Denver’s policy website and submitting the University community feedback form on the homepage.

The Council meets today from 1:30-3:00 p.m. in Central Classroom 103. This meeting is open to all faculty, staff and students. Questions can be directed to policy@msudenver.edu.
