Whether you need an X-ray or are ill, the Health Center at Auraria has you covered. Trying to eat better for the holiday season or quit smoking for New Year’s? The Health Center can help with that, too, and offers free clinical services for nutrition counseling and tobacco cessation.
Located in the Plaza Building, Suite 150, the Health Center at Auraria provides general medical and mental-health services. A comprehensive list of on-campus clinical services demonstrates the breadth and scope of practice that is conveniently available to all MSU Denver constituents. The facility also includes a medication-dispensing outlet, laboratory and X-ray services.
Physicians in family medicine, psychiatry, sports medicine and gynecology are on staff, as well as psychiatric nurse specialists, physician assistants, registered dietitians and associated medical professionals.
The Health Center is an in-network medical provider for most insurance plans offered in Colorado. Even if you are not covered by insurance, the Health Center has you covered by providing a 50 percent discount to all self-pay patients.
Schedule an appointment by calling 303-615-9999 or walk in Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. To ensure walk-in availability, it is best to check in earlier rather than later in the day.
