MSU DEnver snowboardWhat better way to show your Roadrunner pride than by taking to the slopes in Metropolitan State University of Denver red and blue?

The MSU Denver Alumni Association recently partnered with Meier Skis of Denver to design custom MSU Denver skis and snowboards. Twenty-five percent of proceeds generated by the sales of these items will directly support student scholarships at the University.

You can see firsthand how those skis and snowboards are made when you join the Alumni Association on Sept. 28 at Meier Skis – the next stop on the 25 Mile Alumni Engagement Campaign. The evening includes a tour of the ski/snowboard design and production facility, an alumni gift and free drinks. Food will be available for purchase and live entertainment provided by local Denver band the Velvet Compass.

Sept. 28, 5-8 p.m.

Meier Skis, 970 Yuma St.
