A lot of the great conversations about Metropolitan State University of Denver happen online – which is why we regularly highlight the Roadrunner buzz on social media.

Here are some selections from our social-media pages that help show the real impact MSU Denver has on the lives of students, alumni, staff, faculty and the Denver community.

Denver’s Public Safety Department let the Twittersphere in on Executive Director Troy Riggs’ visit to MSU Denver’s School of Criminal Justice Fellows Academy.

The Denver Public Library gave MSU Denver a shout-out on Facebook, recognizing the University’s sponsorship of the Summer of Adventure program that served youth across the city.

The Santa Fe Arts District shared a Denverite story on the history of Santa Fe Drive and the Auraria Campus and the area’s strong ties to Denver’s Latino community, quoting Chicana/o Studies Department Chair Ramon Del Castillo, Ph.D.

We love seeing the Early Bird make an impact even outside the MSU Denver community. Our story highlighting the University’s partnership with Denver Health to train emergency medical technicians was a hit on the Denver Health Facebook page.
