Nearly all members of the Metropolitan State University of Denver community – faculty, staff, students and alumni — will serve as caregivers (or will receive caregiving services) at some point in life, and understanding the caregiving process will be valuable. This LearnOn course will ask critical caregiving questions and prepare participants for positive outcomes.

“Why Should You Care About Caregiving?” is just one of several personal-enrichment and professional-development courses offered by the LearnOn program, which is open to faculty, staff, students, alumni and community members. Whether you are interested in learning new job skills or are a lifelong learner, LearnOn provides affordable continuing-education programs that value creativity, inclusion, community responsibility and practical leadership.

Fall personal-enrichment classes will cover the secrets to better sleep and performance, facing the financial challenges of retirement, and using yoga to manage emotions and anxiety. Professional-development courses focus on reconsidering your career path, communicating with confidence and boosting your business writing with a grammar refresh.
