PeopleAdmin is sporting a new look
Learn how interface changes might affect your use and how to navigate them

It’s easy to become accustomed to the same software designs, options and processes, but when you next log in to PeopleAdmin you will instantly notice some differences.
Recent interface changes are outlined below to help you easily navigate this new iteration.
What’s different:
- The former “Position Management” module is now “Positions.”
- The former “Applicant Tracking” module is now the “Hire” module.
- The “Module Select” feature is now at the top left of the page.
- Your inbox will now allow you to see pending actions for all of your user-group permissions, not just the current user group selected.
What’s the same:
- Your login information.
- Guest user logins.
- The PeopleAdmin web address.
- Your user groups.
- The location of the drop-down menu to change a user group (still at the top right).
- The abilty to initiate position-description actions in the “Positions” module.
- The ability to review postings and applicants in the “Hire” module.
To find positions:
- Go to the “Module Selector” tool, indicated by three dots at the upper left corner of the screen, for the drop-down menu.
- Select “Positions” to view positions in your department.
To find applicants:
- Go to the “Module Selector” tool, indicated by three dots at the upper left corner of the screen, for the drop-down menu.
- Select “Hire” to view postings and applicants for a search.
