Summer school registration is open
Encourage students to register for summer classes, or take one yourself.

Registration for Metropolitan State University of Denver’s summer classes is now open!
Why take summer classes? It’s a great time for students to:
- Catch up on credits.
- Speed up their graduation date.
- Snag classes that fill fast.
And now, if students are Pell-eligible, they can qualify for an additional grant if they are taking six or more credits, thanks to year-round Pell!
Here are some of the cool classes available this summer:
- ENG 2810 – Vampire Films (online)
- ENG 3440 – Myth and Literature
- ENG 375E – Cinema Genre: Science Fiction (online)
- ENG 411J – The Graphic Novel

The MSU Denver Innovative and Lifelong Learning South Campus location also offers evening classes with free parking near the light-rail station at Interstate 25 and Orchard. Here are a few of classes offered at the campus this summer:
- GWS 3350/SOC 3430 – Gender and Society
- GWS3560/SOC 3460 – Sociology and Sexuality
- PHI 1030 – Business Ethics
- CAS 1010 – Public Speaking
- BIO 1000 – Human Biology for Non-Majors
