ITS provides an easy way for you to stay informed about important systems such as Blackboard Learn and Banner.

Tech tools have become a vital part of our everyday lives, including our academic and professional lives at MSU Denver. Although ITS tries to avoid any interruptions in service, technical issues are unfortunately inevitable. To stay informed about unplanned or scheduled service interruptions, you can visit the ITS Service Status webpage, which provides up-to-date information about MSU Denver-related incidents and scheduled maintenance. The page is always available, including during network outages.

You can also sign up to receive email, SMS and RSS notifications using the “Subscribe to Updates” button on the page. Simply select the type of notifications you want to receive, and you’ll be notified whenever ITS plans, discovers or resolves a service interruption.
