Attend the Latino/a Faculty Staff Association Spring Social or a meeting this semester.

To kick off spring semester, the Latino/a Faculty Staff Association (LFSA) will hold a social at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at Degree Metropolitan Food and Drink.

“It’s for networking and community building within the Latino community at MSU Denver,” said Evelynn Guzman de Leon, president of the LFSA. “Building our community is one of the main things that go along with being an HSI.”

The event is open to all. Guests are welcome. RSVP by Feb. 8 at msudenver.edu/lfsa/upcomingevents.

The LFSA also meets regularly throughout the semester. Here’s the schedule:

• Feb. 15, 3:30-4:30 p.m. in SSB 330C
• March 15, 3:30-4:30 p.m. in SSB 330C
• April 19, 3:30-4:30 p.m. in SSB 330C

Note: Meeting times were planned to allow members to socialize afterward.
