Professor recalls Super Bowl XII

Kenn Bisio photographed Denver’s first trip to the big game 40 years ago.

While the world turns its eyes to Minneapolis for Super Bowl LII, MSU Denver Professor Kenn Bisio took a little time to recall shooting Super XII in 1978 for The Denver Post.

Bisio was interviewed by Victor Vela of Colorado Public Radio on the 40th anniversary of the game, which was the Denver Broncos’ first appearance in the Super Bowl. The legendary “Orange Crush” took on the Dallas Cowboys.
