Achieve your fitness goals and help a student’s career

Employees can get seven training sessions for $75.

Students in a fitness sessionCampus Recreation is collaborating with EXS 4780 Community Fitness, a field experience course in which the students work in pairs to train clients once a week for seven weeks. 

MSU Denver employees with Campus Recreation memberships can participate in the personal training sessions for $75. Employees also receive a pre- and post-fitness assessment. Sessions start in mid to late February.

The academic course is for exercise science majors in their last year of study.

The training program is open to everyone, but a Campus Recreation membership is required. Memberships are $50 for MSU Denver faculty and staff, $60 for spouses and partners and $100 for community members. Memberships include access to the fitness center/loft, group fitness classes, intramural sports leagues, outdoor adventures, sport equipment loans, outdoor equipment rentals and leadership opportunities. Current memberships run through May 12.
