Share your Roadrunner pride during Alumni Weekend

Faculty and staff are invited to attend all events.

The Metropolitan State University of Denver Alumni Association is planning a fall weekend jam-packed with Roadrunner fun that you won’t want to miss!

Join the MSU Denver Alumni Association and returning alumni for the inaugural Fall Alumni Weekend on Oct. 5-8.

The weekend will kick off with Roadrunner Casino Night on Oct. 5 at the Denver Field House. Spend the evening catching up with fellow Roadrunners while playing craps, roulette and blackjack for a chance to win amazing prizes. Grab a drink from the cash bar, eat tasty hors d'oeuvres, and get ROWDY to live music from MSU Denver alumni band The Home Groove Band. Casino Night will also include a silent auction in which you will have the opportunity to support student scholarships by bidding on incredible items such as tickets to Disneyland and a private tour of Bristol Brewing Co.

On Saturday, stretch your legs, lace up your sneakers, and prepare to live up to the Roadrunner moniker. Meet the MSU Denver men’s and women’s cross-country teams at Washington Park for the first-ever Roadrunners 5k, which will include a fun run for kids under 12. The first 100 registrants will receive a Roadrunners Athletics T-shirt, and all proceeds will benefit the cross-country program.

Other weekend highlights include Roadrunners Athletics events, the Softball Alumni Game, alumni social events, the Roadrunner Athletics Hall of Fame Banquet and much more.
